Coaching

Personal life coaching is future focused- where you want to be. Starting from where you currently are, we design motivating achievable goals to get you there one step at a time.


As your coach I will guide the conversation and ask questions that might stretch you out of your comfort zone but will ultimately help you to achieve so much more than you would on your own. We will check in on any limiting beliefs that may be holding you back and help you to set realistic and motivating goals.

NLP is change work. It is a collection of models, techniques and strategies which help us to better understand how people organise their thinking, feeling, language and behaviour to produce the results they do. Using these tools, we will more effectively replace bad habits and unhelpful thinking with more resourceful behaviour.

Resilience

Building your resilience enables you to respond more positively to adversity and to adapt and thrive. It is both a learnable skill and an ability, which improves with practice and application.


Working on 6 key areas: Vision, Health, Composure, Reasoning, Tenacity and Collaboration, you will learn how to increase your resilience, build new neural pathways and prime the brain to be less emotionally reactive to difficult situations.

 

Where do we start?

When you start this journey we will establish your core values - what’s important to you -  because to be fulfilled, these core values need to be met. We will consider:

·      What your future looks and feels like

·      What do you really want and what will achieving these things give you?

·      What are the thoughts that preoccupy your mind?

Your brain lives in the dark – it has to trust you on what’s going on!

When we envision our future with all our senses, we are creating a blueprint for our unconscious mind to work from.
